SFS Challenge: Reaching Orbit with ZERO Staging!

I’ve been wanting to try this for a while—reaching space in SFS without using any staging at all. It sounds simple until you realize how much dead weight you're carrying once that fuel starts running low. I had to rethink the whole design to make sure I had enough thrust-to-weight to actually get off the ground, but also enough efficiency to keep going once the atmosphere thins out. It took a few tries (and a lot of crashed rockets), but I finally got a design that works. Check out the flight!
