Platform Cooperation Policy
Summary
How we work with the platforms our members use, and how quickly we respond to them.
ContentMatch exists because creators use platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. We want those relationships to be straightforward, so this policy states how we work with them.
Plain-English summary: we follow platform rules, we answer platform enquiries within 48 hours, and we remove members or features that break those rules.
1. We follow platform terms
We comply with the terms of service and developer policies of every platform we integrate with. Where a platform's rules are stricter than ours, the platform's rules apply.
2. We answer quickly
We monitor a dedicated compliance address and acknowledge any platform enquiry within 48 hours.
Contact: compliance@contentmatch.io.
3. We act on platform requests
If a platform tells us that a member, a piece of content, or a feature breaches their terms, we will investigate and act, including removing the member or disabling the feature where that is the right outcome.
4. We do not automate
We do not perform likes, comments, follows, subscriptions, or views on any platform. We do not use bots or automation. We do not post on a member's behalf. Members act for themselves, and any engagement they record is engagement they genuinely gave.
5. We do not sell platform data
Data we read through a platform API is used to provide the service to that member. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to build profiles of people outside ContentMatch.
6. We are independent
ContentMatch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or Meta. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. Reporting a concern
Anyone, including platform representatives, can raise a concern with us directly at compliance@contentmatch.io, or through the report tools inside the app. We look at every report.
