This page explains ContentMatch in plain terms, for members, for creators, and for anyone evaluating how we operate.

Plain-English summary: we are a creator community where people give each other honest feedback. We are not a bot service, we are not an automation tool, and we are not affiliated with any social platform.

1. What ContentMatch is

A community where creators find other creators in their niche, share what they make, and give each other honest feedback.

A place where members can be paid for the review work they do, where a campaign funds it.

A place where members can record support they genuinely gave to content they rated positively.

An independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or Meta. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. What ContentMatch is not

We are not a bot service. We do not sell likes, comments, views, followers, or subscribers.

We are not an engagement pod. We do not organise members to mass-interact with each other's content.

We are not an automation tool. We do not use bots, scripts, scrapers, or headless browsers, and we do not interact with any platform on a member's behalf.

We are not a growth guarantee. Nobody can promise a particular level of views, subscribers, or revenue, and we do not.

We are not affiliated with any social platform, and we do not act on their behalf.

3. How engagement works here

Every action on ContentMatch is performed by a person. Nothing is automated and nothing is required.

What members are paid for is written feedback: reviewing content and telling the creator what worked and what did not. That is real work, and it is the core of the community.

Engagement is different. We never ask anyone to like, comment, subscribe, or follow. If a member decides to engage and enjoyed doing so, they can record that they did and attach proof. They can only do this for content they rated three stars or above.

Submissions are reviewed. Anything that was not genuinely done is removed, and rewards attached to it are reversed.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your own accounts on any platform you use.

You must follow the terms of service of every platform you link to ContentMatch, and of every platform where you interact with content you found here.

You must only link accounts you genuinely control, and only post content you have the right to share.

You must not use ContentMatch to buy, sell, or trade engagement, or to coordinate activity that a platform would consider inauthentic.

5. Our commitment

We comply with the terms of service of every platform we integrate with.

We answer any platform enquiry within 48 hours at compliance@contentmatch.io.

We will remove a member or disable a feature if a platform asks us to and the request is warranted.

We publish what we do in detail in our API Compliance Statement, and we keep it accurate.
